O Allah, send your mercy upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad as You sent your mercy upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim. Indeed, you are Praiseworthy and Glorious.

Usage

In Salah: Duroode Ibrahimi is recited during the last sitting (Tashahhud) of the obligatory Salah, right before concluding the prayer with “Salam.

Other Occasions: It is also recited in various other supplications, and many Muslims include it in their daily prayers and invocations.

1.     Tenfold Blessings from Allah

Hadith Reference: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “Whoever sends blessings upon me once, Allah will send blessings upon him tenfold, and will erase ten of his sins, and will raise him in status by ten degrees.” (Sahih Muslim 408)
