What is Duroode Ibrahimi?

O Allah, send your mercy upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad as You sent your mercy upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim. Indeed, you are Praiseworthy and Glorious.

When to recite Durood Ibrahim?
In Salah: Duroode Ibrahimi is recited during the last sitting (Tashahhud) of the obligatory Salah, right before concluding the prayer with “Salam.

1. Tenfold Blessings from Allah

Hadith Reference: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “Whoever sends blessings upon me once, Allah will send blessings upon him tenfold, and will erase ten of his sins, and will raise him in status by ten degrees.” (Sahih Muslim 408)
2. Forgiveness of Sins
Reciting Duroode Pak is a means of seeking forgiveness from Allah. Each recitation brings the erasure of sins and increases one’s rank in the sight of Allah.
